Organic Milk vs. Non-organic Milk

This is a post from a friend of ours who we met in Logan while Tim attended the dairy program there. She too is a wife of a dairy farmer and wrote this post on organic milk vs. regular milk. She (and I) am not bagging on organic products, but she (and I) do think that it is important to know what you are spending your money on.
