It's that time of year when we are over run with flies that are trying to escape the cold, so fly killing has been a popular and neccesary activity at our house. Even Ky and Mya join in and Kylan is actally pretty good at it especially in the morning when the flies are a little slow.
I love Mya's face and you can see Ky in action!
And here is the latest from Brett and Teri's remodel:
The fridge in its new location and the new recessed lighting. The two empty holes in the ceiling are for the light fixtures over the island and then hang down a little.
Looking from the other direction. You can see the wall that they took out on the left hand side and the rest of the recessed lighting.

We LOVE swatting flies at our house too. I call it "fly patrol". Caylee calls it "fly control". :) Teri's house is looking GOOD! When are they expecting it to be done?
I'm actually excited for it to get cold this weekend so that they all die!!! We can't even use our front or side door, we have to use the laundry room one and that is just because we can trap the ones that get in in there, so there a million in there!
Anyway, they are hoping it will all be done by December 6th I think, so pretty soon! The cabinets get in next week, so that is exciting!
Love the kitchen....what kitchen. Is Brett doing the work himself? I can't wait to see the next update. It is exciting!!
